Research shows that employees are often the weak link when it comes to cyber security. Being cyber-aware and skilled is crucial anno 2023. In collaboration with international cyber experts, the Cyber program was developed for both the small business owner and the multinational. The ultimate goal is to measurably prepare employees to recognize and effectively address cyber security risks in their own work environment. The program is available in Dutch and English.

Over the past three years, we have investigated abuse and opportunities surrounding the deployment of international employees. We conducted this research with experience experts, industry experts and people from (local and national) government. This has resulted in a future-proof solution that serves the welfare and interests of all parties.

Uit onderzoek blijkt dat medewerkers vaak de zwakke schakel vormen als het gaat om cyberveiligheid. Cyberbewust en vaardig zijn is cruciaal anno 2023. In samenwerking met internationale cyberexperts is het Cyber programma ontwikkeld voor zowel de kleine ondernemer als de multinational. Het uiteindelijke doel is om medewerkers meetbaar goed voor te bereiden op het herkennen en effectief aanpakken van cyberveiligheidsrisico's in hun eigen werkomgeving. Het programma is beschikbaar in het Nederlands en het Engels.
MEERDit programma is ontwikkeld samen met de Gemeente Den Haag om de passie voor participatie bij gemeentemedewerkers te vergroten. Het programma begeleidt de deelnemer de stappen te zetten van het participatie-protocol en brengt de deelnemer vanuit analyse naar plan naar uitvoering. Het programma is leuk en compact en inzetbaar voor zowel kleine als grote gemeenten en andere instellingen die hun medewerkers met belanghebbenden willen laten participeren.
MEERDe afgelopen drie jaar hebben we onderzoek gedaan naar misstanden en kansen rondom de inzet van internationale medewerkers. Dit onderzoek hebben we gedaan met ervaringsdeskundigen, experts uit de sector en mensen vanuit (lokale en nationale) overheid. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een toekomstbestendige oplossing die het welzijn en de belangen van alle partijen dient.
